
SOUTH-CENTRAL, Ind. – Bartholomew, Johnson, Jackson, Jennings, Shelby, Brown, Decatur, and Morgan counties were among the first in the area to flip their travel status to “Red.”
“Red” indicates a Travel Warning. It is the highest level of local travel advisory, meaning that travel may be restricted to emergency management workers only. Individuals are directed to refrain from all travel.
